Provider portal
Providers do the parts only they can do
Onboarding, documents, hours and travel become self-service, which shortens time-to-start and reduces coordinator load.
Guided multi-step intake
A long application broken into short steps, pre-filled from what you already verified, saved as they go and resumable later.
Their assignments
Confirmed and upcoming assignments with facility details, shift pattern, contacts and everything they were promised in writing.
Timesheets
Submit hours against the real schedule, including call and beeper time, and see approval status without emailing the coordinator.
Travel and itineraries
Flights, lodging and car details in one place, updated when the coordinator changes a booking.
Letters and agreements
Review and sign confirmation letters and agreements digitally, with a copy retained on both sides.
Direct deposit
Provide banking details once through a signed authorization, stored encrypted with reveal logging.
Client portal
Facilities get transparency instead of status calls
A full facility-side experience: coverage requests, candidates, credentialing, schedule, hour approvals, invoices, agreements and reports.
Their coverage requests
Open jobs, status, shift needs and the coverage window — with the ability to raise a new request without an email thread.
Presented candidates
Profiles you chose to share, name-clear status, interview scheduling and decisions recorded in one place.
Credentialing status
Requirement-by-requirement progress on each candidate, so coordinators stop asking where the packet is.
Schedule and hour approvals
The confirmed schedule plus timesheet approval, giving finance a signed-off record before the invoice arrives.
Invoices
Current and historical invoices with the hours and premiums behind each line visible.
Reports and agreements
Coverage, spend and fill reporting, plus signed letter agreements and PSAs available for download.
Governed access
Portals that can't over-share
Portal access is not a filtered view bolted onto an internal screen. Provider and client users are separate roles with their own row-level rules enforced in the database, so a portal user cannot request data outside their own assignments or facilities even if a request is crafted by hand.
- Invitation-based accounts — no public sign-up
- Row-level rules enforced per role, per organization
- Candidate profiles shared deliberately, not by default
- Bank and sensitive fields reveal-logged to the audit trail
- Versioned terms and privacy consent captured at first sign-in
- Staff preview mode for support without borrowing credentials
